Juan began his Food and Beverage career with (CCA) Club Corporations of America, where he held various management positions at the Dayton Racquet Club, Beckett Ridge Country Club and Bankers Club in Cincinnati. Upon leaving CCA Juan spent four years as Club House Manager for Kenwood Country Club. Prior to joining Heritage Country Club, Juan became manager and wine purchaser for Trio Restaurant in Kenwood where he spent 14 years.
Juan has 3 sons Jesse, Joshua, and Josiah and has been married to his wife Joy, for 25 (wonderful) years. In his spare time, Juan enjoys biblical studies, spending time with family, golf and competing against his sons in any sport.
