Dana Cimorell
Dana is the Chief Operating Officer/General Manager of Heritage Club. Dana came to us from Wetherington Golf & Country Club where he also was the COO/GM since of 2007. He is originally from Northeastern Ohio and is a graduate of the University of Akron. He began his career in the hotel industry honing his management skills first with Disney in Anaheim then working for both Marriott and Hilton Hotels. After getting married in 1995, Dana and Kate spent eight years away from Cincinnati at Clubs in Chicago and Atlanta. As their family grew, they knew they would always return to Cincinnati and a job offer from Western Hills Country Club in 2002 provided that opportunity. He has been in the Private Club/Golf business for more than 28 years. Dana & Kate have three children – Madeline (18), Jack (16) and Anthony (13) and are active in St. Susanna’s parish and their kids schools. They live just around the corner in Mason and are delighted to be joining the Heritage family.
Director of Membership & Marketing
Michelle Tegge
Michelle first joined the Heritage Club team in January 2007 as the Membership Services Director. In March of 2010, she took on her current role as Director of Membership & Marketing. She is an active member of PCMA, Professional Club Marketing Association. Michelle is a graduate of Ohio University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Human and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Retail Merchandising. She and her husband, Bill, live in Liberty Township with their two daughters, Olivia and Adeline. In her spare time she enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family.
Executive Chef
Jeffrey Brown
Jeffrey Brown joined the Heritage Club team in 2000 in the role of Executive Chef, after a 4 year tenure as Executive Chef of Country Club of the North in Dayton. Jeff has lived his entire life in Ohio and did his training at the Hocking Institute, where he completed degrees in both Culinary and Hotel/Hospitality Management. Soon after school he did a seven week Internship at one of the super clubs in Jamaica. He started with Country Club of the North in 1993 as the Sous Chef, and moved into the role of Executive Chef in 1996. Jeff and his wife Carrie have two children.

Juan Campbell
Juan began his Food and Beverage career with (CCA) Club Corporations of America, where he held various management positions at the Dayton Racquet Club, Beckett Ridge Country Club and Bankers Club in Cincinnati. Upon leaving CCA Juan spent four years as Club House Manager for Kenwood Country Club. Prior to joining Heritage Country Club, Juan became manager and wine purchaser for Trio Restaurant in Kenwood where he spent 14 years. Juan has 3 sons Jesse, Joshua, and Josiah and has been married to his wife Joy, for 25 (wonderful) years. In his spare time, Juan enjoys biblical studies, spending time with family, golf and competing against his sons in any sport.
Golf Course Superintendent
Tony Dierkers
Tony Dierkers was born and raised in Cincinnati and graduated from Moeller High School before earning his Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy from the College of Agriculture at The Ohio State University in 1994. From 1993-1999 Tony worked at Muirfield Village Golf Club as an assistant superintendent, preparing the course for events such as The Memorial, The 3 Tour Challenge, and the Solheim Cup. Tony earned the designation of Certified Golf Course Superintendent in 2005 and is a 3 time past president of the Greater Cincinnati Golf Course Superintendents Association. Tony currently serves as a national delegate to the GCSAA, and is a member of the National Education Committee. Tony and his wife Kris (teacher at St. Bernard) have a daughter, Emma, who is a sophomore attending The Ohio State University.
Chin Lin came from Taiwan in 1989 for graduate studies at The Ohio State University. After graduating in 1991, Chin stayed home for a couple of years to be with her husband and two children. She joined Heritage Club as a financial assistant in April 1997. She became a Certified Public Account in 1999 and was soon promoted to the Controller position. Luke Marts
Luke Marts is a graduate of Lebanon High School, class of 83. He worked various jobs; lifeguard, swim instructor, grocery store manager, metal cutter, and a cook. Then stared working in Printing for 15 years. Luke started at The Heritage Club in March of 2003 as the Locker Room Manager and moved into maintenance that winter. Currently Luke lives in Lebanon with his wife and their two children; Gabriel and Maggie.
Head Golf Professional
Mike Murphy
Mike Murphy, PGA Professional, rejoined the Heritage Club team as Head Golf Professional in January 2010. He is a graduate of Indiana State University, where he earned a degree in Marketing. Mike is a Class A PGA member and is certified in all six areas recognized by the PGA of America. Prior to entering the golf business, Mike spent 17 years with Bridgestone Corporation in various positions, and retired from the Corporate Office in Chicago, Illinois in 2000. He then became President/General Manager of Cincinnati Hometown Golf, a golf publication and golf event company. While working at Hometown Golf, he entered the PGA Professional Golf Management program and became an Assistant Professional at Four Bridges Country Club and at Heritage Club. Mike was also employed at Colleton River Plantation in Hilton Head and spent two years as Head Golf Professional at Kenwood Country Club.
